I was someone who had acne in the past.

Combating acne is one of the hardest battles to experience. Sure, almost everyone gets acne during their lives, this isn’t enough to just “accept” it and have no problem with with having acne.

I used to have horrible acne. I was a patient who was diagnosed as having severe acne. I know exactly how crushing this can be to your life. There were many days that I wouldn’t want to leave the house because I was so disgusted by the way my face appeared.

I saw that people were taking a look at me and thinking about the way my skin looked. Of course, nobody came up to me and said it, but there was no question that people were looking.

And of course, I never even thought about getting a girlfriend. Yeah, I liked girls, but I had absolutely no confidence in myself and figured I was too ugly to be dating.

Acne affected so many aspects of my life. It wasn’t just my face that was struggling - I was in bad shape as a whole. My zero self-confidence affected my friendships, my lovelife and my happiness.

Thankfully, I found an acne treatment that has worked perfectly for me. I’m able to live without acne nowadays. I tried a lots of different acne treatment products before I found something that worked. My main advice is to make sure you find a solution that treats all of the causes of acne. Without this, you won’t see the results you want.

And please - skip the prescription drugs. Not only are they ineffective in most cases, but many of them have bad side effects.

The key is not to get discouraged and to do something about it! Check out some acne treatment reviews, find the best acne treatment for you, and stick to it.
